Training sessions developed and improved by Coldwell Banker University are given to every new member wishing to join our Coldwell Banker Family. These sessions include:

 Springboard ®: Introduction to Real Estate services
· Faststart ®: a core course in Real Estate services
· EPO Jumpstart: Training of EPO “Enterprise Performance Optimizerâ€‌, our internal company software.

. Workshops: covering all legal documents that employees come across in their everyday real estate deals and closings.

It is worth noting that the entire Coldwell Banker Lebanon staff has successfully completed their training sessions before assuming their duties.

After completing these introductory courses, the new graduate is ready to begin their career within one of the departments available at Coldwell Banker Lebanon depending on their individual skills and credentials.

Continuing training and education sessions are then offered to further develop their skills.
